Lenny introduced the first song - Bing Crosby's signature tune ' Where The Blue Of The Night (Meets The Gold Of The Day)' - with a reading from his book 'You Call It Madness:The Sensuous Song of the Croon'. The second, The Things You leave Behind, was dedicated to his late mentor David Walley.
